If you allow your negative thoughts to develop and grow, and don’t nip them in the bud, they will end up taking over your life and drain all the energy that could be spent towards happiness and health.


We should be highly aware when negative and erroneous thoughts are interrupting our daily lives and look for tools and support to deal with them at an early stage.
