We understand that people are extremely busy with their daily lives, and the idea of having to add another commute, once or twice a week, is unappealing to many. In the world of super technology, we offer the flexibility to have a face to face, intimate conversation via Skype or FaceTime. The only thing you need is to find a private and comfortable corner, and we are ready to talk.

We have experience in multiple approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which has been thoroughly researched worldwide and proven to be very effective, traditional Person-Centred and Mindfulness techniques that, in combination, allow for designing a tailored support programme.

I believe that our Minds can be shaped and developed constantly. By exercising our Mind in the same way we exercise our Body, we can make our lives better, richer and more enjoyable. 


If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, you are not alone. Around 1 in 6 people over the age of 16 are affected by common Mental Health problems, according to the Mental Health Foundation.


By utilising elements of a wide range of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapies, Mindfulness and Compassion-Focused Therapies, I have created a holistic Life Therapy Plan which I call
